Production
We produce all our products locally in Switzerland. Dafür arbeiten wir mit dem St. Galler Unternehmen Blumer Lehmann und der integrativen Dock-Gruppe zusammen.
Raw materials
Our timber comes from the EU and is mostly PEFC certified.
Our wood shavings are made from pure Swiss wood.
Printing materials
Our product flyers are Cradle to Cradle certified.
So you can simply compost your copy at home when you no longer need it.

Our team is the most important pillar of Kompotoi. Flexible working hours, an open culture of discussion and flat hierarchies – all this, together with a collegial and respectful approach, ensures a good working atmosphere in which our employees feel comfortable.
Salary
We pay fair wages including a 13th month salary and ensure an appropriate wage gap.
